Gala Night: Claudia Boyle and Finghin Collins

We at Con Brio are immensely proud of the artists engaged for our 2024 GALA NIGHT: Claudia Boyle and Finghin Collins. 

Claudia has been described as “Visually and Sonically striking” and indeed it is hard to forget her presence and her voice. Her career has brought her to most major opera houses in Europe and beyond (Rome, Tokyo, New York, Zurich, Wexford, Berlin, London, Dresden, Edinburgh etc.) in roles that span from traditional operatic roles to contemporary ones. Her voice, her acting skills and her personality are remarkable. 

Finghin has been a regular contributor to our series since 2004. He is now the best-known pianist in the island of Ireland as well as Artistic Director of Music for Galway and the New Ross Piano Festival. This year he was appointed Artistic Director of the Dublin International Piano Competition. Together they will perform a selection of opera arias and songs from lieder to musicals.
